I’ve posted before about Mary Katrantzou and her bold way with colours and prints. She’s rocketed skywards in what seems like a small amount of time. It is one of my dreams to own one of her dresses…
For Spring/Summer 2010 the colours are more vivid and eye catching. The dresses more fluid and the prints more abstract…
I love the fusion of intense colours and the origami-like shapes that create an added depth to the dresses. I also like the fact that the attention is drawn to one ‘busy’ shoulder…so pretty…
the collection seems more grown up and structured which I obviously love. Am considering photoshopping my head onto these dresses just like the Olivia Rubin ones I did…
