How to Make Banging Guacamole

I’m going to start this post by saying that I am an avocado obsessive. If you can add avocado to anything, I’m in. And I know that it will forever cost me extra, but I’m ok with that.

Homemade guacamole is a treat I try to indulge in every weekend. There really is nothing better than curling up on the sofa with your favourite mag and a bowl of chips and dip. It’s my favourite pastime and always helps me unwind after a crazy week at work.

I’m feeling generous today so decided to share my recipe (and I’ll use that term loosely) to make banging guacamole. But in all honesty, you could add whatever takes your fancy and just bung it all together.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
Handful of coriander
Half a red chilli
Squeeze of lime juice
Pinch of salt

Method:
Chop the coriander and the chilli.

Halve the avocado, remove the stone and mash into a bowl, making it as chunky or as smooth as you like.

Squeeze in the lime, mash it together some more and finish with a sprinkle of salt.

Eat immediately, all to yourself.

It honestly couldn’t be easier. You can thank me once you’ve tried it.
