5 Reasons This Free People Dress is Everything

After a quick browse of dresses on Free People I became hooked on the Fallon Dress.
I’m so hooked, I have this link saved on my phone and repeatedly check it. It’s perfection.

It’s so good, that I decided to dedicate this post to it, giving you 5 reasons why this dress is everything.

1. It’s made in the most delicious, shimmery burgundy colour that is pretty underrated if you ask me. I
don’t know why, but the deep plum colour always reminds me of autumn,
fallen leaves on the paths and a slight chill in the air.

2.
It’s a Grecian-inspired number. Actually, it’s not a number, it’s a
full-on gown. And surely every woman deserves to own at least one good
gown in their life. It should be a right of passage or something.
Whether you ever have an event to wear a gown to is another matter
entirely and not one I want to address in this ode.

3. You can’t go wrong with a plunging v neck, empire-line waist, softly pleated seams and a full skirt. No sir.

4.
Just take a moment to look at the back. I mean really look. It’s so
gorgeous it makes me want to weep. That’s right. Weep. The straps are braided forming a T-back. You know I love a backless dress more than I
love, well, anything right now. Sorry Al.

5. This
would be so much fun paired with a dark smokey eye, top knot, Dr Martens
and a chunky cuff. At least, that’s how I’d want to wear it.
