I have a friend who is a complete bag enabler. Actually, I have several. You know the type who send you a link to a luscious leather bag that’s eye-wateringly expensive but suits you to perfection. Well this particular bag enabler, we’ll call her Hills, goes one step further handing over glossy brochures, pinpointing the pages I need to focus on. And 99.9% of the time she’s right. And then I have to make a purchase.
This time round, that purchase happened to be for this Belita Large Clutch Multi Snake Mix. My two favourite things in life (after Prosecco and cake) are textures and prints and this ginormous clutch has both of those things in spades.
First off, I think we should all pause for a minute and take it all in.
You’ll probably start by noticing it’s size, it’s huge and roomy with different compartments. By then you would have seen the multicoloured snake-print foldover flap – this doesn’t feel like the right word to use but you get my drift – that guards the pale pink leather. If that wasn’t enough, which it really should be, the inside is finished with a bold printed design.
Finally, that leads us nicely on to the GIANT POM POM. Sorry, I just couldn’t help myself there. It’s one of the main reasons why I love it so much.
