What’s that readers, you want to know who made this thing of beauty? Me. Hell yeah!
I saw this gorgeous cake in the latest Food Network magazine (get the recipe here) and knew I had to have it for two reasons. One, because I’ve always wanted to try making an upside-down cake and two, because I have an unhealthy obsession with salted caramel. I knew I was onto a winner.
It tastes absolutely bloody fantastic, if I do say so myself.
