Is it a Bird, is it a Plane, Nope, it’s a Skort

I was lucky enough to have a Topshop voucher that was just begging to be spent and, seeing as I’m currently on a shopping ban, it was a great moment when I remembered I had it.

Luckily for me Topshop didn’t disappoint as I found this super-cute checked skort.

As soon as the sun came out I took this as the perfect opportunity to style them up.
 
I have a love hate relationship with shorts. I have a small waist but fairy expansive hips and thighs which the majority of shorts just weren’t made to fit. Apart from a few, these included.

I’ve paired them with a pale pink sleeveless shirt and River Island strapped wedges.
