So, the birthday sequins I was super excited for and blogged about here were a big fat NO. I should have known really. I’m an awkward shape for playsuits as I have a super long body and fairly short legs. Nobody likes a camel toe.
Anyway, I stumbled across the following on ASOS and instantly added them to my basket.

It seems only right that on your birthday you should have little something sparkly right? My sequins come courtesy of ASOS in the form of this Motel Missy Bustier Dress. The first thing that caught my eye was how pretty it is. And then just how flattering this would look on. It’ll emphasise my waist and skim the bits I like to hide.
What’s more the length makes a nice change. No matter how hard I try, I can’t always wear a mini.
