I feel like everyone on my Instagram feed is wearing this jumper. Normally, that would put me off checking said item out, however, have you seen the sleeves on this?
I have several problems with trousers. I can’t ever find a pair that fit my waist, hips and short legs. Nor can I find any that are roomy enough to allow for a little extra stretch when my IBS bloat requires. I basically need to live in elasticated waists. Enter today’s Want it on Wednesday.
Since I purchased the perfect cropped black jumper, just before the weather took a chillier turn, I’ve been keeping an eye out for knits that can be layered over shirts, tucked into midi skirts and thrown on over dresses. I’m after slightly oversized, fluffy numbers that look as cosy as they feel. And I know I can always rely on Whistles.
I am obsessed with many things in life, my bunny, glitter, fugly shoes, cake, talking about IBS and Led Zepp. I was brought up on a mix of classic club bangers and George Michael courtesy of my mum, and Led Zepp, Simple Minds and U2 due to my dad. While I still love all genres listed above, it was always Led Zepp that captured my heart.
I’m a Christmas baby, being born right smack-bang in the middle of Christmas and New Year, meaning I’m a Capricorn. And I pretty much tick off every attribute given to my zodiac sign.
My mum and I nipped into Selfridges over the weekend for a spot of wedding shoe shopping – more to come on that later – and upon leaving noticed a John and Pearl pop-up shop. Tempted by rose gold and concrete furnishings, we delved inside.
I’ve been obsessed with stars ever since my grandad passed away 16 years ago. Once he’d gone, my mum and I would say to each other that he would always be there, looking down on us, as the brightest star in the sky. And from that day on, I’ve been drawn to absolutely anything with a cute star print.
I’m cold. I’m typing this post as I get shipped off and on delayed trains, trying to make my way to the end of the line. I’m wearing my Burberry trench and my purple animal print scarf which I’ve had forever but I think it’s time for an upgrade.
When I look in my wardrobe every evening as I’m choosing what to wear the next day, I always think to myself, I could really do with a sequin-covered jumper…
These shoes are doing funny things to me. Never before have I seriously considered parting with that much hard cash for a pair of shoes. But then again, never have I received a tax refund at the particular point where I’m considering the big purchase.
