I picked up three new sundresses this year, all IBS-belly friendly, and I’ve realised they fall into three categories. The sophisticated boho dream, the cutesy floral number and the voluminous polka dot childlike one. That wasn’t how they were categorised on ASOS but I feel is an accurate description. Hear me out on what they have in common and why I’m living in them.
I love a fugly shoe. I’m talking obnoxious colours. A shit-tonne of tassels. Fringing, everywhere. And embellishments that are so heavy, it’s an effort to lift your foot. The good news is there are a whole heap that tick those boxes for summer and I’ve done you the favour of rounding them all up in one easy shopping list. You can thank me later.
This little red dress makes me feel badass. It makes me feel sophisticated, elegant and like I’ve got my shit together.
Let’s get straight to business and talk about my wedding dress, which I LOVED. I could harp on about this glitzy bad boy forever.
Ankle boot season is here and this fills me with more joy than it probably should. I adore Autumn. The crisp, sunny mornings. Orange leaves. Hot chocolate. Coat weather. Being able to wear all my boots again. Wahoo!
Your eyes aren’t deceiving you. I am wearing socks covered in actual sequins. Yep, there are silver sequins ALL OVER my socks. All of my dreams have come true.
Pleated midi skirts are my jam. They’re my thing. My wardrobe staple. My go to. I am obsessed. And I recently nabbed two more.
These shoes should come with a warning because they’re so bedazzled, I truly believe they could blind you. Have at it.
I love me a bit of leopard print. I love me a bit of clashing prints. And I love me a bit of ASOS. The latest ASOS Made in Kenya drop ticks each one of those boxes.
