Want it on Wednesday: The 70’s Coat with Faux-Fur Collar That’s Giving Me All the Feels

This pale pink fluffy number is giving me all the feels. So much so that I’ve re-watched the catwalk video five times in a row, each time getting goosebumps because I feel like I might have found ‘the one’. That’s the one coat I might allow myself to purchase this year.

After all my deliberation over which of these two coats I should purchase, I didn’t actually end up committing to either. Neither of them were quite right. Instead I decided that I wanted a long coat that hits under the knee and has a humungous faux-fur collar. That’s what’s missing from my current collection. I originally was thinking of a black wool number but this pale pink Lost Ink 70’s Coat from ASOS has sidetracked me.

While I’m unsure if this pale hue will do anything for my pasty complexion I do know I’ve fallen hook, line and sinker. I mean, how can you not love that fluffy collar? It’s the right side of massive. The coat itself is a lined wool-mix, double-breasted, has a belted back and cuffs and has that whole relaxed-boho 70’s vibe going on.

And for £105 I couldn’t really ask for more. The only thing I’m left wondering is whether I can pull the colour off. Let me know!
